The Fuze Suite allows you to capture any HTML content in the knowledge base (KB). The content can be created using our HTML editing tool, manually, or using any HTML formatting tool, such as FrontPage, DreamWeaver or even MS Word. This content can then be displayed from any of your Web pages by linking to the specific KB item. When linking to a knowledge item, you have the option of only displaying the answer or the entire knowledge item. Many link parameters are available to display KB items and other Fuze Suite pages differently.

The benefits of providing simple formatting tools to create Web content is that non-technical staff -- the staff with the direct knowledge of the content -- can easily post Web pages after receiving the necessary approvals. By putting ownership of content in the proper hands, your content will stay fresher and more pertinent to your consumers.  Using our patented Community Content features that are driven by our Reputation Engine ensure that people are motivated, recognized, and rewarded for contributions made to the KB.

Click here to view a sample KB item with only the answer displayed and here to view the same page with all components of the knowledge item displayed. The only difference between the two pages is how you link to them. Please refer to the link below for more information on using parameters to further customize your delivery of the Fuze Suite. With FuzeDigital, you are in control!
