In 2021 FuzeDigital conducted a review of the accessibility of Fuze Suite pages following the guidelines set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  The review specifically targeted WCAG 2.0 compliance to ensure that Fuze Suite pages meet these guidelines.

WCAG 2.0 is a set of standards that dictates methods for how a site is programed, designed, and how hyperlinks and other text are written to make the site easier to use for those who are visually impaired.

We successfully addressed the few issues that were found in order to remove any barriers for users of our software.

FuzeDigital utilized a tool created by PayPal that scanned all of the external-facing pages and the primary internal pages used for incident handling and content management.  If you’d like to learn more about the tool we utilized, visit https://github.com/paypal/AATT

The scan was performed on a test Fuze Suite site with default settings that are most often used by our clients.  Your specific site settings may vary, but we don’t anticipate that this will cause issues.

We will continue monitoring accessibility to ensure that all users have full access to the Fuze Suite’s features and content for the best user experience possible.
