Seattle, Wash. – (May 17, 2006) – Fuze Digital Solutions announced today that credit union technology service provider Open Technology Solutions (OTS) has signed an agreement for a perpetual license of the Fuze Suite. This agreement will allow OTS and its credit union owners – Colorado-based Bellco Credit Union ($1.6 billion), New York-based Bethpage Federal Credit Union ($2.3 billion) and Oregon-based FirstTech Credit Union ($1.5 billion) to utilize the Fuze Suite to optimize their member experience with an efficient, multi-channel member care solution.
The agreement calls for Fuze to provide each credit union owner and OTS with its suite of eService and knowledge management components in order to deliver fast, accurate, and consistent support across all channels to each credit union’s staff and members. The suite modules initially utilized include a single knowledge base for public and private information, email and contact management, feedback management, secure 2-way communications, knowledge base alerts, 3rd party system integration, single sign-on, and extensive online reporting. Optional and fully integrated modules, such as secure chat, usage analytics, and personal finance content can be added easily at any time.

OTS provides technology support to participating credit unions by collaboratively implementing and maintaining best-of-breed solutions. The Fuze Suite's 3rd party API will be extended to these credit unions, all utilizing the Open Solutions core processing system, to provide various connectors within the core system and other applications to the Fuze Suite.
As part of their due diligence, OTS and its credit union owners completed a decision matrix that compared the features, functionality and price of several vendors in this space.
